President & Chief Executive Officer of B&B HOTELS since 2016, Fabrice Collet joined the company in 2012. He served in operational and financial positions in various companies (Elis, Polyconcept, Neopost, Deutsch Connectors) being all Private Equity sponsored (by BC Partners, Investcorp, Wendel, Carlyle, PAI Partners, Goldman Sachs). He received a master’s degree in Economics & Finance from Ecole Centrale de Paris.

Céline Vercollier is the CFO of B&B HOTELS since she joined the group in 2017. She held a number of finance roles at Quick and Altadis. Céline graduated from NEOMA Business School with a major in finance and holds a master’s degree in management control, accountancy and financial management.

Niklas Andreen joined B&B HOTELS in 2024 as Chief Strategy, Marketing and Digital. He started his career as a strategy and organizational consultant, then joined the travel and hospitality industry with Travelport for over 10 years before joining Carlson Wagonlit as Chief Traveler Experience Officer and then President and Chief Operating Officer. Niklass holds a MBA  from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Constance de Polignac joined B&B HOTELS in 2021 as Chief Marketing and Transformation Officer. She is also a board member at La Monnaie de Paris since 2012. She previously was and served CMO for refering brands such as Galeries Lafayette and Sephora. Constance holds a Master degree from EM Lyon Business School.

Vincent Quandalle is the CEO of Western Europe at B&B HOTELS. He was previously CEO of Courtepaille and COO of McDonald’s France. Vincent holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Lille.

Marine CHARLES joined B&B HOTELS in January 2024 as CEO France. Previously, she was Deputy Director of Strategy and Planning for Casino Group, then Director of Management Control and Projects for international activities. She took over responsibility for Strategy and Development at Saint-Gobain’s Building Distribution Sector and, in 2016, became Deputy Managing Director of Lapeyre before taking over as Managing Director in 2019. In 2022, she will be appointed Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Weber France.

Max C. Luscher is the CEO of Central & Northern Europe at B&B HOTELS and a board member of the German Hotel Association IHA. He joined the group in 2016 after eight years at KPMG, where he initiated the hotel advisory practice. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Applied Sciences Munich, a degree in Real Estate Management from the European Business School (ebs) and is a member of the OPM 60 cohort at Harvard Business School.

Liliana Comitini is the CEO of B&B HOTELS Italy, Hungary and Slovenia. She joined the group in 2023 – after holding several management positions at Amplifon, Blockbuster and API. She holds a degree in law from the University of Catania and completed several leadership programmes at IESE and Hult Ashridge.

Lucia Méndez-Bonito is the CEO of B&B HOTELS Portugal and Spain. She joined the group as a COO in 2016 – after holding several executive positions at Sidorme Hotels and INYPSA in Africa, China and Latin America. She holds a degree in Architecture, an Executive MBA from IESE and an AMP from Harvard Business School. Awards: ASEME, best Businesswoman award 2020, granted by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. Finalist in the TOP 100 Women awards, 2021 and 2022.

Jairo González Monje is the CEO of the B&B HOTELS franchise. He joined the group in 2016 as the CEO of B&B HOTELS Spain and Portugal. With over 25 years of extensive experience in engineering, industrial maintenance, real estate, and construction companies, he holds an Engineering degree from École des Ponts ParisTech, an MBA from IESE, and is a member of the OPM 53 cohort at Harvard Business School.

Valerio Duchini is the CEO of B&B HOTELS US. He was previously CEO of B&B HOTELS Italy for the last 5 years. He joined the group in 2009 after working in the financial departments of Vodafone Automotive and Compass Group Italia. He holds a degree in Economics, a master’s degree in Tourism Management from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and an Advance Management Program from Harvard University.

Patrick O’Connell joined the group in 2023 as the CEO of B&B HOTELS United Kingdom. Previously, he served as the Head of Hotels at Queensgate Investments. With 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Patrick has held various General Management positions at companies such as Doyle Collection, Mint Hotels, and Hilton. He holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Maynooth University.

Sophie Donabedian joined the group in 2023 as Chief Sustainability Officer. Over the past 15 years, Sophie has led different transformations around Energy transition in companies like Areva and Schneider Electric and is in charge of further embedding Sustainability into B&B strategy. She holds a Master in Management from ESSEC business school.
