Céline Vercollier is the Chief Executive Officer of B&B HOTELS Group. She was the CFO since she joined the group in 2017. She held a number of finance roles at Quick and Altadis. Céline graduated from NEOMA Business School with a major in finance and holds a master’s degree in management control, accountancy and financial management.

Damien Martin was the administrative and financial director of Babilou Family since 2015. Graduated from ESSEC Business School (2000) and Arts et Métiers ParisTech (1999). He worked from 2000 to 2011 for KPMG, auditing missions before joining the Transaction services department. From 2011 to 2015, he became group controller at eDreams ODIGEO.

David brings over 25 years of leadership experience in air transport, entertainment, and hospitality. He previously served as Managing Director of PortAventura and held senior roles at Vueling Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, and Air France/KLM. His international experience spans Spain, France, Poland, the UK, China, and Australia.

Valerio Duchini is the Chief Executive Officer Western Europe. He was previously CEO of B&B HOTELS Italy for the last 5 years, and more recently for B&B HOTELS USA. He joined the group in 2009 after working in the financial departments of Vodafone Automotive and Compass Group Italia. He holds a degree in Economics, a master’s degree in Tourism Management from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and an Advance Management Program from Harvard University.

Arno Schwalie joined B&B HOTELS in September 2024 as CEO of Central & Northern Europe at B&B HOTELS. He has extensive international management
experience. He was recently Group CEO and Chairman of the Board at Lindner Hotel Group as well as Executive Vice President and CEO at Clariane, and Senior Vice President at the Radisson Hotel Group. He holds a MBA from EADE, has completed the Global CEO Program at IESE and the Certificate of Management Excellence at Harvard Business School.

Liliana Comitini is the CEO of B&B HOTELS Italy, Hungary and Slovenia. She joined the group in 2023 – after holding several management positions at Amplifon, Blockbuster and API. She holds a degree in law from the University of Catania and completed several leadership programmes at IESE and Hult Ashridge.

Paulo de Carvalho Pinto brings over 25 years of leadership and strategic development experience within international organizations. As Head of B&B HOTELS España y Portugal, he drives growth and operational performance across key markets of B&B HOTELS. His international background gives him strong expertise in multicultural team leadership and multi-market development.

Vincent Quandalle is the CEO of B&B HOME, after have been for many years CEO of Western Europe at B&B HOTELS. He was previously CEO of Courtepaille and COO of McDonald’s France. Vincent holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Lille.

Patrick O’Connell joined the group in 2023 as the CEO of B&B HOTELS United Kingdom. Previously, he served as the Head of Hotels at Queensgate Investments. With 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Patrick has held various General Management positions at companies such as Doyle Collection, Mint Hotels, and Hilton. He holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Maynooth University.

Before joining B&B HOTELS USA, Amir Mustafa held various leadership positions at Extended Stay America and served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality. At the age of 57, Amir is a graduate of Ain Shams University and the executive education program at Harvard Business School.

Flavia joined the group in September 2022, after serving as Country Manager at Selina Hotels. Previously, she held executive positions in multinational companies such as Outback, Wendy’s and Le Pain Quotidien. Flavia holds a master degree in Strategic Business Management and has completed several executive education programs in strategic management and leadership.

Consuelo Corridori joined B&B HOTELS in 2024 as Director of Human Resources and Talent. She brings a broad expertise in stimulating business growth through strategic and operational initiatives focused on people and talent. With an MSc in Business Administration from Clayton University, Consuelo has been developing her career in the education, travel technology and media sectors.

Sophie Donabedian joined the group in 2023 as Chief Sustainability Officer. Over the past 15 years, Sophie has led different transformations around Energy transition in companies like Areva and Schneider Electric and is in charge of further embedding Sustainability into B&B strategy. She holds a Master in Management from ESSEC business school.

Sami Mendil brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment.
Formerly Head of Hotel Investments in France at CBRE, he began his career in the Acquisitions team at General Electric Capital Real Estate. He later served as a Fund Manager for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) in Continental Europe at LaSalle Investment Management, before joining the Real Estate M&A team at KPMG Corporate Finance.

IT professional with over two decades of experience, starting in 2000 with eight years in leading IT services companies in France and China. Since 2008, he has held various IT management positions within large international groups, leading transformation initiatives, stimulating innovation and managing structuring projects around digital and data.
