Since 2021, I have been Team Lead Accounting & Closing. In this role, I can actively contribute to breaking new ground, improving processes, and further developing structures. Chief People Officer

My journey at B&B HOTELS began eight years ago. I started in 2018 at B&B HOTEL Madrid Puerta del Sol as a receptionist, later becoming Assistant Hotel Manager.

After four years, I moved to the Iberia head office and joined the Development team, where I gained insight into the expansion side of the business. I later became Executive Assistant to the CEO for Spain and Portugal, a role that has allowed me to be involved in strategic projects and support senior leadership.
I’ve also had the opportunity to join an internal talent program, which has helped me grow professionally. 

What’s next? The future at B&B HOTELS is full of possibilities, and I’m excited to keep learning and contributing to the company’s success.

I joined B&B in March 2023 and initially made my mark in business development related to hotel takeovers (Tandem/Moon projects). After joining the head office sales team, my responsibilities now have a broader strategic dimension: 

Performance support: Active contribution to the commercial development of hotels, with a focus on establishments in difficulty. 

Management: Management of the external corporate sales team for France and Western Europe, in close coordination with Switzerland and the Belgium/Luxembourg cluster.
