My professional journey at B&B Hotels Italia began as a PMS Manager within the Revenue Department.
After about a year, I had the opportunity to take the lead of the department, managing a team of two, with the goal of further strengthening the team.

I have always believed in the value of teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, and it was in this spirit that I embraced a new professional challenge as Process Improvement Manager.

To facilitate my transition into this new position, B&B HOTELS gave me the opportunity to complete an executive master's program in Project Management.

I joined the B&B Hotels adventure in 2021. With my experience as Development Manager for Switzerland and B&B Home under the leadership of Olivier Estevenet, I have taken a major new step by becoming Operations Manager for Switzerland.

My journey with B&B HOTELS began in early 2022, a time when the company had around 50 properties and I was taking my first steps as a Project Leader Intern. From day one, I felt the strong drive for growth and knew that opportunities would be plenty.

Thanks to the trust placed in me, my role evolved quickly through exciting horizontal mobility, moving from Project Leader & Estimator to Estimator & Project Manager, gaining new technical and management skills every day. Throughout this journey, I have learned immensely, and my commitment has always been met with mutual respect and appreciation.

My professional growth has mirrored the company's expansion. Today, I am proud to manage Facilities, a role that allows me to dedicate my experience to the care and efficiency of our hotels.

B&B HOTELS is an environment that has profoundly impacted me, and to which I continue to give my absolute best. I started with us in 2017 as a Technical Engineer and have since been responsible for all southern regions. After a brief career change, I returned in 2022 in a new role as Team Lead.

Today, I manage the Southern region, which stretches from Koblenz across the entire south to Austria and the Czech Republic.

Together with my team, I’m the primary technical point of contact for hotel managers, owners, and head office departments, ensuring that our hotels remain in top condition.

After successfully managing the Rueil-Malmaison hotel from January 2024 to June 2025, I made the transition to headquarters. I’m now brings my operational expertise to the position of Head of Quality & Optimisation.
